This small-batch handmade chocolate is a Vegan, Paleo, and Keto Friendly food. This chocolate is free of sugar, dairy, soy, gluten, GMOs, and common allergens. We use the highest quality heirloom Arriba Nacional cacao which is a variety that is extremely special and comprises less than 1% of all cacao production in the world. The beans are sun-dried, (never gas-dried!) and remain completely raw from start to finish. The superherbs we use are extremely well-studied and have been used in the Taoist and Ayurvedic systems for thousands of years.
